Villa Selenne

Villa Selenne has been restored with high quality standards in details and finishes. Not only design and comfort have been considered, but also respect for the environment. Ecological heating systems have been installed; solar panels; original features such as wooden beams, terracotta floors and stone facade and window openings have been maintained, thus combining the old with the new in a way that really works.

The kitchen opens to the dining area with fabulous long table for ten people. Upstairs, you will find the four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms could not be more comfortable. The master bedroom is large, with fantastic windows from which you can look out over the magical Val d'Orcia. The master bedroom also has a bathtub. Villa Selenne can accommodate 8 people, has 4 spacious bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms.

Villa Scarlett

Villa Scarlett is very spacious with spectacular panoramic views of the countryside. It has an orchard full of organic fruits and vegetables, which you can pick and enjoy cooking while you are there. Each room is meticulously decorated with elegant fabrics and furniture combining in perfect harmony the antique with the modern. The property has beautiful views from every window. The pool is located on an elevated slope on the hill, which allows for great views from the infinity pool.

Villa Scarlett has a fully equipped kitchen with state of the art appliances. All bedrooms are spacious, each individually decorated. The beds are very comfortable, and the bedding is of the highest quality. It can accommodate 18 people, 9 bedrooms, 11 beds, and 9 full bathrooms.

Villa Sandy

Villa Sandy is an exclusive private estate, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and leafy trees. It is located near Florence and in the heart of the Chianti wine-growing area. The estate has a splendid swimming pool, tennis and petanque courts, an orchard and a small theater in the middle of the well-tended gardens: the perfect place for large gatherings of friends and family. For the more sporty there are golf courses and horse riding.

The original classic features have been maintained, carefully combined with a more contemporary decor, creating an elegant and luxurious Tuscan countryside home. The living and dining areas are numerous, with fireplaces, books and comfortable sofas. The living room at the top of the house is a dream with its 360° views, huge windows, air conditioning and stereo system. It can accommodate a maximum of 16 people. It has 8 bedrooms and 8 full bathrooms.
