Policies

1.- Booking and Payment terms: All bookings are subject to availability confirmation and written acceptance by the property owner or manager. The payment structure is:

• For bookings under €10,000:
  → 100% payment is required at the time of booking.

• For bookings over €10,000:
  → 50% is due upon booking confirmation
  → Remaining 50% is due one month prior to arrival

For last-minute bookings, full payment must be received before arrival and check-in is only permitted once funds are cleared.

2.- Payment Method: Payments are accepted exclusively via bank wire transfer.
Credit card or crypto payments are not accepted. Clients are responsible for any bank fees associated with international transfers.

3.- Cancellation Policy: All payments made are strictly non-refundable once processed. Clients are strongly advised to contract appropriate travel insurance covering cancellation, force majeure, unforeseen events or early departure.

4.- Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required depending on the property, with these conditions,

• The deposit is held as a guarantee against damages.

• It is refunded within up to 30 days after check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection.

5.- Checks: Check-in is from 15:00; Check out is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and availability, and may incur additional charges equivalent to an extra night.

6.- Property Use & Guest Obligations:  All rentals are for short-term holiday accommodation purposes only. Guests must:

• Respect the house rules of each property

• Respect neighbors, local regulations, and occupancy limits

• Leave the property in reasonable condition

Unless explicitly stated: Smoking is not permitted inside properties, and Pets are not permitted

Any breach of these rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

7.- Additional Services: Extra services such as private chef, chauffeurs, yacht charters, wellness services, security, etc.:

• Are offered upon request

• Are invoiced separately

• Are not included in the accommodation price unless clearly specified

8.- Owner Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the property owner cancels a confirmed booking:

• All amounts paid by the client will be fully refunded within 7 days

• No further compensation or liability can be claimed against MillionVillas

9.- Owner Cancellation: MillionVillas acts as a luxury villa advisory and booking intermediary, connecting guests with property owners or managers. We:

• Carefully curate properties

• Verify availability and conditions before confirmation

• Communicate all relevant terms transparently

Final acceptance of a booking remains subject to the owner’s approval.
