Policies

Payment terms: 100% of payment is required at booking time for quotations lower than €10k or 2 months before arrival. For quotations higher than €10k, a payment of 50% is required at booking time and the other 50% 2 months before arrival. 

Payment method: The unique method is wire transfer by to our bank account (2 days needed). We don't accept credit cards. 

Cancellation: Non refundable 1st payment of 50% and the 2nd payment of 50% when they are done. 

Last minute bookings: The payment must be done before arrival. Check-in is not possible until the wire transfer is received. 

Deposit: The security deposit will be refunded 1 month after check-out after reviewing there is no damage at the villa. 

Checks: Check in > 15:00; Check out < 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out is booked as an extra day more. 

Law: It is sumptuary rental, outside law of urban leases (LAU). Tenants have no right to remain the villa if rules aren't followed. 

Rules: Pets and smoking are not allowed. Commercial use is allowed by increasing 50% of the quotation (video, media, press). 

Cancellation by the owner: The tenants/guests are not entitled to compensation. The money will be refunded within 1 week. 

Extra Services: The extra services are not included in the rental invoice like chef, etc. They will be paid in another invoice.
