It is located between the two main exhibition centers of Venice: Giardini della Biennale and the Arsenale. It is the perfect destination for those who want to discover the real Venice. It has 6 rooms and a maximum capacity for 16 people.

Spacious rooms with fabulous modern bathrooms. Kitchens on two levels, the main kitchen on the second floor, equipped to host from cooking classes to large events, and dreamy terraces where you can relax and watch the movement of the boats on the canals. The second floor features a 1,000-square-foot vaulted room, ideal for indoor dining, parties, conferences, meetings, dances, movies; and a spa area with a gym and a large whirlpool tub with a view. From here we move on to the splendid and unique pergola garden area with an 800 sq. ft. porch, ideal for gatherings or outdoor dining.
